Homemade catering

Our menu changes every month. We take the season and your dietary requirements into account. We offer breakfast, little treats with coffee and tea, basic or extended lunches, homemade or fried snacks, snack boards to share and custom made dinners. We buy organic ingredients wherever possible, and our bread comes from the best bakers in Amsterdam. Everything is served on beautifully presented platters. How to reach the venue

De Nieuwe Ruimte is very easy to reach. From Amsterdam Central it’s a nice walk along the Zeedijk. If you arrive by metro at Nieuwmarkt, exit at Koningsstraat and you’ll walk for about three minutes through a lovely part of old Amsterdam. From Amstel Station it’s three metro stops to the Waterlooplein, and from there a five-minute walk. Google Maps directions will give you all the details.

The aim is to develop new ideas or strengthen team bonds in complete quietness, without distraction so you leave with new bonds, fresh ideas and concrete plans.
We don’t have overnight accommodation ourselves. We’re happy to help you find a suitable place to stay, depending on your budget, group size and the number of nights. There are hotels in various price ranges within walking distance of De Nieuwe Ruimte.
The customer is king here. Workshops, creative work formats, interviews, circle discussions, group activities, drawing, creative writing, all kinds of games, and anything else you come up with. We’re ready to help you organize everything, including any changes to the room layout different activities may need. We adjust the space for your different formats (for example, small groups or plenary sessions). Anything is possible.
Yes, we take dietary requirements into account. Let us know in advance, so we can tailor the menu, and everyone can enjoy the catering.
